Title: Marketing Coordinator and Admin

We are seeking a resourceful, dynamic and creative person who is passionate about technology and marketing. The job would involve 30% office administration and 70% marketing activities to promote the sleek Webinato platform for virtual training and marketing webinars.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

  • Has strong work ethics with a fun yet professional personality
  • Is meticulous with tasks and can manage them efficiently
  • Is super comfortable with using computers, mobile devices…
  • Has a strong command of the written and spoken English language
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Is passionate about social media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Has worked on grass-root marketing campaigns
  • Has worked with webinar platforms

The duties will include:

  • Coordinate payroll
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Manage other office tasks
  • Participate in defining marketing ideas
  • Participate in creating and executing marketing documents such as online ads, flyers, webpages, YouTube videos, social media campaigns, testimonials, demos
  • Manage Social Media campaigns
  • Communicate with clients
  • Communicate with partners
